All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required to reserve your rental. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party services. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to any rental agreements or liability waivers as part of the booking process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event may not be refunded. Weather-related cancellations are subject to flexible terms—please contact us for details.
